Richard has a long history of innovation and entrepreneurship in data businesses and InsurTech and combines hands on technical skills with plc board experience. He enjoys anticipating technological change in order to build market leading businesses and products. Previously Richard was the Founder of MyDrive Solutions, a telematics service provider, which sold to Generali in 2015.

Ian McWilliams is a seasoned senior executive with over 30 years experience leading business divisions in major global vendors such as Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Capgemini and Ernst & Young. Ian has also worked in multiple start-up companies, growing them internationally and managing aspects such as Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Customer Support.

David has held senior technical management and hands-on positions across diverse industries including motor insurance telematics, investment banking, film and television. He is a technical innovator focused on delivering concise and practical solutions to difficult challenges using his skills and knowledge in computer science, data analysis, physics and mathematics.

Chris is a Developer and Architect with over 20 years experience in IT. His career history has predominantly been in consulting, covering ERP, data science, web applications, digital marketing, digital assistants and across a broad range of industries and clients. Chris joined Inzura to get closer to his roots and re-reconnect with his passion for technology & data science.

Ravinder is our mobile app team leader, bringing extensive experience in the design and development of complex apps, across a range of industries including pharma, education, insurance and banking. Ravinder has a particular interest in integrating external devices such as IoT, DashCam and health bands with the mobile solution.

Phil is a well known Insurance industry executive who first qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has had a long career in insurance working in general management, operations, acquisitions and underwriting for such insurance names as Lloyd's of London, NIG, LV and Prestige. Phil also founded broker Affinity B2C and helped form the ABC team who invest in InsurTech and insurance related start-ups.

Richard Bowden is Professor of Computer Vision and Machine Learning at the University of Surrey where he leads the Cognitive Vision Group and is Associate Dean for postgraduate research within his faculty. His recent research projects include autonomous control systems for self-driving cars. Richard advises Inzura on research relating to machine learning and computer vision.

Rick works as a Fleet Safety consultant and freelance trainer and holds a RoSPA National Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction. Previously he was Head of Fleet Safety within RoSPA and was responsible for training and delivery of driver certification services at RoSPA. Rick helps Inzura optimise our telematics data analysis and app-based e-coaching capability.

Paul brings an in-depth knowledge of all elements of general insurance and its distribution through multiple channels coupled with plc Board experience. In an extensive career in GI, Paul has worked on the development of many insurance brokers including the Budget Group, and insurers including Highway and LV.
